The company is seeking dynamic, customer-oriented HR Interns and Junior HR Administrators who are eager to gain exposure within the HR environment.

Description:

The learnership programme is designed to offer structured learning for practical skills and knowledge in the workplace leading to a qualification registered on the National Qualification Framework.

The course will provide learners with the foundation of basic project management knowledge and skills, enabling them to become effective project team members, provide administrative,

support to a project manager and team members, and have competence to plan, execute and control simple projects, or to specialize in technical areas to support project management processes.

Duration:

The learnership is set for a period of 12 months.

Qualifications:

  • Matric/Grade12 with Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy
  • Certification/Relevant Diploma or Degree in Human Resources

Minimum Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Interest in the human resource function
  • Practical Experience will be advantageous
  • HR Administration within the HR Department
  • Project Manager experience within HR Department
  • Candidates with disabilities to be considered

Program Description:

A learnership is a structured learning program designed to provide practical skills and knowledge in the workplace, leading to a recognized qualification on the National Qualification Framework.

Additionally, learners will gain the competence to plan, execute, and control small projects or specialize in technical areas that support project management processes.

Program Duration:

The learnership program spans twelve months, during which participants will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience in marketing and design.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Matric/Grade12

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or relevant diploma/degree in Visual Communication, specializing in Applied Illustration, Art Direction, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Photography.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Interest in marketing and design.
  • Practical and agency experience will be advantageous.
  • Possessing an own portfolio would be advantageous.
