Who Should Apply?

The programme is tailored for unemployed South African graduates and TVET students with tertiary qualifications in the following fields:

  • Public Management
  • Public Administration
  • Business Management
  • Administration
  • Office Administration

Internship Details

Successful applicants will be placed in various positions for a period of 18 to 24 months, depending on whether you’re a TVET student or a graduate.

Stipends will be remunerated based on your qualification level.

Here are some of the exciting positions available:

Youth Development – Administration

  • Duration: 24 Months
  • Stipend: Varies based on qualification
  • Centers: Justice College, Constitutional Development, HRD, Facility Management, and more.

Requirements:

  • National Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Honours, or Master’s Degree in relevant fields.

Youth Development – Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development

  • Duration: 24 Months
  • Stipend: Varies based on qualification
  • Center: National Office – HRD

Requirements:

  • National Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Honours, or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development.

Youth Development – Videographer

  • Duration: 24 Months
  • Stipend: Varies based on qualification
  • Center: National Office – PEC

Requirements:

  • National Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Honours, or Master’s Degree in Video production.

Submit a comprehensive application that includes a completed Form Z83 (available on www.gov.za), a detailed Curriculum Vitae, and certified copies of your Identity Document, Senior Certificate, and the highest required qualification.
