We are looking for 24 enthusiastic learners who are eager to establish their careers in the Contact Centre industry.

This learnership program will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge through a structured learning experience in a workplace setting.

The program is designed to lead to a qualification that is registered on the National Qualification Framework.

The duration of the learnership is twelve months, during which you will receive comprehensive training.

Requirements

To be considered for this learnership opportunity, please ensure that you meet the following requirements:

  • Possess a grade 12 certificate (not the statement of results).
  • Have a valid learner’s or driver’s license.
  • Have at least one year of working experience in the Call Centre industry or a genuine interest in the industry.
  • Have not previously completed the same learnership.
  • Be a South African citizen by birth.
  • Be between the ages of 18 and 30.
  • Not currently employed or studying full time.
  • Proficient in using computer software, including MS Office.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, conflict management, and professionalism.
  • Have no criminal record or any related activity on your profile.
  • Demonstrate resilience and commitment to the program.
