What is The Coronation Learnership
This learnership focuses on talent management specifically.
Successful candidates will be given the chance to provide to the company’s talent management team of five members by carrying out various administration and human resources duties.
Once they are complete with the learnership, candidates will earn a Higher Certificate in Management, NQF level 5 from Milpark Education.
Throughout the duration of the learnership, candidates will be required to carry out the following duties:
- Capturing various forms of data
- Maintaining and updating various files and records
- Supporting the talent management team with various administrative processes.
Requirements

- Applicants must have completed a 3-year undergraduate degree or Matric at the very least.
- Any sort of administrative experience would be an advantage.
- Applicants need to be computer literate in Microsoft Office.
