Responsibilities
- Provide in-store and phone technical support
- Troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware issues
- Install and configure Apple devices and software
- Assist customers with product usage
- Maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with the tech team
Eligibility Criteria
- Completed Matric
- A+ and N+ certification
- Basic hardware/software and networking knowledge
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team player with a professional attitude
