- South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 29 years old
- Reside in the Nelson Mandela Bay area or surrounding Coega IDZ
- Completed Matric at a Technical School OR have a NCV4/N2 qualification
- Passed Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- Passed Science
- Passed Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, Mathematics, or related subjects (for NCV students)
- Proficient in English language (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Not currently permanently employed
- Not planning to study during the learnership program
- Have not previously participated in a similar learnership program
- Self-motivated, committed, and eager to learn
- Ability to work well in a team
- Clear criminal record
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply
