CCBSA has exciting opportunities within the Manufacturing department for Warehouse Operators. Based in Midrand, this role reports to the Team Leader and is responsible for executing warehouse activities in line with operational efficiency standards and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Load all trucks/trailers on time and in full, as per the plan
- Follow model stock layouts and ensure accurate SKU placement
- Support uninterrupted production flow by promptly removing stock
- Pick and dispatch orders accurately and timeously
- Adhere to all housekeeping and safety standards
- Perform daily inventory counting and stock management tasks
- Wrap pallets per standard and sort product returns
- Participate in repacking damaged stock

Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of warehouse processes and performance metrics
- Familiarity with asset care practices and equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Able to use mobile job tools like hand-held terminals (HHTs)
- Good literacy and numeracy skills

Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics
- Proficient in English (home language or first additional language)
- 6–12 months of warehouse experience (e.g., load making, forklift operation)
- Valid forklift license is advantageous (training provided if selected)
- Clear criminal and credit records
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime
