Key Responsibilities
- Complete the NQF Level 4 Business Administration Learnership Programme.
- Participate in a structured learning programme combining:
- Theoretical training (formal learning)
- On-the-job learning (structured work experience)

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a flexible, fast-paced, and pressurised environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
- Must have Maths/Maths Literacy and English (minimum 40% pass rate).
- South African citizen.
- Employment Equity candidate.
- Must be unemployed.
- Aged 18–35.
- Must provide a valid medical record/doctor’s letter confirming and describing the nature of the disability.
- Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership (NQF Level 4 Business Administration) at another organisation.
- Must not be enrolled in formal full-time studies.
- Must have no criminal record.
- Must be based near the listed sites (or willing to travel to the relevant site).
- Must be willing to commit to the full 12-month programme and attend required classes.
