Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is seeking dynamic individuals to join its Manufacturing department as In-Service Trainees in Quality Assurance. This 12-month programme offers workplace experience to students who have completed the theoretical component of a relevant qualification. The successful candidate will assist in conducting quality tests, reporting on results, and supporting compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality tests and compile reports
- Communicate any out-of-specification results
- Maintain product and packaging quality
- Ensure records are accurate and audit-ready
- Support efforts to minimize costs through quality assurance

- Understanding of microbiology, chemistry, biochemistry, physics, and mathematics in a food industry context

Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 with Mathematics & Physical Science (minimum 40%) – Mathematics Literacy not accepted
- Two South African languages passed with 40%
- Studying towards a qualification in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or a related field
- Completed theoretical modules; seeking practical exposure
- Must have a letter from the institution requiring in-service training
- Must not have previously completed an in-service programme
- South African citizen
- Employment Equity candidates preferred
- Aged between 18–35
- Must have been unemployed at the time of appointment
