Clicks Group is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their Ruimsig store in Roodepoort. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth point-of-sale operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of stock and cash control. This role plays a key part in supporting the store’s operational efficiency and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage point-of-sale operations efficiently and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Oversee staff performance, ensuring cashiers and shop assistants are trained and motivated.
  • Handle stock and cash management to reduce shrinkage and maintain compliance.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Drive promotion of the Clicks ClubCard loyalty programme.
  • Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Support store leadership in achieving operational and service excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric) essential; Business or Retail Management qualification advantageous.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a retail/FMCG customer-facing environment with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Skills:
    • Understanding of merchandising, stock, and financial management.
    • Knowledge of labour legislation and customer service principles.
    • Computer literacy and numerical proficiency.
