Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and control all operational activities at the point of sale efficiently.
  • Manage cash and stock processes, minimising shrinkage and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Lead, motivate, and train cashiers to provide consistent service excellence.
  • Ensure sufficient staffing in line with labour legislation and work schedules.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Drive Clicks ClubCard participation and store promotions.
  • Maintain store administration, housekeeping, and product merchandising standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by providing friendly and visible customer support.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential.
  • Desirable: Retail or Business Management qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing supervisory role within a retail or FMCG environment.
  • Numeracy, computer literacy, and stock management experience required.
