Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming helpdesk calls and log them accurately and professionally.
- Allocate calls to the correct department and ensure follow-up and closure of queries.
- Provide regular feedback to callers and ensure customer satisfaction with the resolution.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and system input.
- Conduct quality assessments of calls and processes to meet SLA requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding accounts payable and ensure service continuity.
- Manage and escalate after-hours calls efficiently according to schedules.
- Provide reports and updates to the Helpdesk Supervisor on call statuses.
- Investigate and resolve AWOL orders and related issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar helpdesk or support environment.
- Customer service experience is essential.
- Computer literacy and strong administrative skills.
