Key Responsibilities

  • Support various projects and assist in project management across multiple initiatives.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), learner guides, presentations, and assessments.
  • Conduct Fareye refresher training sessions to ensure compliance.
  • Perform daily compliance reporting and monitor Fareye KPIs.
  • Track live performance on Fareye across hubs, focusing on drivers and routes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for store queries via live agents and chatbot assistants.
  • Deliver practical, on-the-floor training for asset tracking processes.
  • Configure and set up scanners and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Manage Master Data by setting up and maintaining store information.
  • Drive process improvements and oversee asset management activities.
  • Set up and monitor electric vehicle (EV) operations on Fareye.
  • Perform general administrative and Fareye-related duties to ensure operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Matric (Grade 12) essential.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1 year administrative experience (essential).
    • Minimum 1 year experience within a distribution or logistics environment (essential).
    • Customer relations or supplier experience (desirable).
    • Experience with warehouse management systems (desirable).
  • Skills:
    • Computer literacy (MS Office suite).
    • Basic numeric and data analysis skills.
    • Understanding of logistics processes and systems.
