Key Responsibilities
- Support various projects and assist in project management across multiple initiatives.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), learner guides, presentations, and assessments.
- Conduct Fareye refresher training sessions to ensure compliance.
- Perform daily compliance reporting and monitor Fareye KPIs.
- Track live performance on Fareye across hubs, focusing on drivers and routes.
- Act as the first point of contact for store queries via live agents and chatbot assistants.
- Deliver practical, on-the-floor training for asset tracking processes.
- Configure and set up scanners and troubleshoot system issues.
- Manage Master Data by setting up and maintaining store information.
- Drive process improvements and oversee asset management activities.
- Set up and monitor electric vehicle (EV) operations on Fareye.
- Perform general administrative and Fareye-related duties to ensure operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) essential.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience (essential).
- Minimum 1 year experience within a distribution or logistics environment (essential).
- Customer relations or supplier experience (desirable).
- Experience with warehouse management systems (desirable).
- Skills:
- Computer literacy (MS Office suite).
- Basic numeric and data analysis skills.
- Understanding of logistics processes and systems.
