Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to customers on beauty and skincare products
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and excellent customer engagement
- Stay up-to-date on beauty trends, products, and promotions
- Maintain merchandising standards and general housekeeping
- Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to boost sales
- Enrol new ClubCard members and promote exclusive/private label products
- Act as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional customer service
Minimum Requirements
- Essential: Grade 12
- Desirable: Beauty/skincare qualification
- Desirable Experience: Retail, beauty, skincare, sales, or marketing
Skills and Competencies
- Solid customer service and selling skills
- Product knowledge in beauty/skincare
- Results-driven and sales-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Visual merchandising and stock management know-how
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and the ability to work under pressure
