Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured on-the-job training within the chosen trade.
- Attend required theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Comply with workplace rules, safety standards, and programme requirements.
- Demonstrate commitment, discipline, and willingness to learn throughout the apprenticeship period.

- Commitment to completing the full apprenticeship programme.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a team environment.
- High level of honesty and accountability.
Eligibility Criteria
- Unemployed South African youth.
- One of the following qualifications:
- Technical Matric, or
- NCV Level 4, or
- N2 certificate
- Qualification must include Mathematics, Science, and relevant trade theory.
- No previous trade certificate in the same field applied for.
- Preference may be given to:
- Women
- Persons with disabilities
- Applicants from disadvantaged backgrounds
