This 12-month programme offers unemployed South African youth the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in poultry processing, develop essential workplace skills, and build a foundation for a future career in the food manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in workplace-based learning and training activities.
  • Gain exposure to production, quality control, and administration processes.
  • Understand food safety, hygiene standards, and operational practices.
  • Support day-to-day operations under supervision.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, discipline, and initiative within assigned departments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the plant.

Eligibility Criteria
