The Project Administrator provides coordination, documentation, governance, and administrative support to ensure smooth project execution while gaining exposure to project management practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, stand-ups, and vendor sessions.
- Capture actions, track follow-ups, and manage project calendars.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, templates, and governance records.
- Compile weekly project status reports, dashboards, and administrative updates.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and project decisions.
- Support financial tracking, including invoices, purchase orders, and forecasts.
- Assist in coordinating testing cycles, UAT, defect logging, and deployment readiness.
- Prepare communication packs and support stakeholder and vendor engagement.
- Contribute to PMO process improvements and programme dashboards.

Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years’ administration, project support, or coordination experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint is advantageous.
- Exposure to IT, retail, or systems environments preferred.
- Understanding of SDLC, testing processes, or enterprise systems (advantageous).
- Certificate/diploma in Business Administration, IT, Project Management, or similar preferred.
