The Boland College is a TVET College and offers many programmes to students with one being the IT Level 5 Learnership.
To gain these qualifications, such as the IT Level 5 Learnership, the Boland College requires students to do a learnership, internship, or apprenticeship along with their studies.
There is a whole department called the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) that assists all students with finding the relevant placements, as well as special workshops to help students gain readiness to enter the working environment.
