Bearings 2000 is providing an opportunity for applicants to join its Junior Sales Learnership. The goal of this program is to provide candidates with an understanding of what sales representatives do and to gain the relevant skills, training, and experience related to this field.
Candidates will be exposed to different responsibilities related to sales such as market research, market strategies, quoting, and sourcing.
Successful candidates will be working as a component of the company’s sales team, where they will get the opportunity to use by reaching certain goals that have been set by the company.

Bearings 2000 was established in 1992 as a supplier for bearings and industrial supplies. The company stocks a vast range of bearings, seals, power transmission products, and allied industrial products.

About the Learnership
This learnership provides the opportunity for candidates to begin a career in sales. Successful candidates will begin immediately upon acceptance and be placed within the company as sales representatives.
The learnership lasts for 12 months in total and candidates will need to attend the company’s Learnership Training Course. Once complete, candidates will leave this experience with relevant training and work experience in this respective field.
This learnership has a few set criteria for an applicant to be considered. A Matric Certificate is crucial, along with Computer literacy, Fluency in English and Afrikaans, and Sales experience would be a great advantage for this learnership.
