Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with inspecting heavy earthmoving equipment.
- Support basic troubleshooting, testing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Help remove and install components in the workshop or at customer sites.
- Assist with ordering parts as required.
- Support technicians with administrative tasks including service reports, labour bookings, parts returned, and expenses.
- Contribute to compiling customer machine analyses and Machine Inspection Reports (MIR).
- Perform general duties including housekeeping and customer support.

- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and undertake hands-on mechanical tasks.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 / N3 with:
- Pure Mathematics (minimum 45%)
- English (minimum 45%)
- Physical Science (minimum 45%)
- N2 / N3 theory in Motor/Diesel or Electrical/Electronic fields (advantage).
- Technicians for the World certificate (advantage).
- Minimum Code B Learner’s Licence (advantage).
- Ability to read, write, and speak clearly.
- Strong numeracy skills.
