What’s the Opportunity?
ArcelorMittal South Africa is providing training opportunities for individuals with Grade 12 certificates.
You’ll be trained as a Process Operator, focusing on the Steel Manufacturing Process.
The training program is well-structured, combining institutional and on-the-job training.
Regular assessments and progress monitoring are integral parts of this learnership program.
Opportunities are available at their Vanderbijlpark and Vereeniging Operations.
What’s Included?

Duties and Responsibilities
- Commit to and successfully complete the learnership program.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Qualification with English, Mathematics, or Maths Lit.
- Physical Science would be a plus.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Driven and highly self-motivated.
- An agile thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Great attention to detail and an aptitude for engineering.
