Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the American Swiss brand by delivering exceptional in-store customer service.
  • Identify and meet customer needs through product knowledge and sales expertise.
  • Track and achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain stock presentation and ensure merchandise is well-displayed.
  • Stay up to date with jewellery, fashion, and style trends.
  • Contribute to team success by supporting colleagues and promoting positive store culture.

  • Experience: Retail or sales experience preferred.

    • Adherence to standards and compliance.
