Description
Allan Gray Accelerate is a four-day vacation internship designed to give high-achieving final-year students hands-on exposure to Allan Gray’s Cape Town office, the investments environment, and the teams responsible for delivering a world-class client service experience. The programme runs from 7–10 July 2026 and also serves as an assessment opportunity for long-term graduate roles starting in 2027.

- Gain exposure to potential graduate career paths in Retail Client Services and Retail Operations, with additional learning opportunities in areas such as Product Development and Institutional Client Services.

Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Commerce or Business Science (Investments, Finance, Economics, or related specialisations).
- Consistently strong academic performance.
- Eligible to work in South Africa.
- Available and ready to start full-time work in 2027.
