Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of adidas customer service
- Perform sales transactions, including handling cash, credit, and checks
- Assist with ticketing of products and verifying paperwork with received items
- Support product movement from stockroom to sales floor
- Contribute to merchandise displays as directed by management
- Learn and utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system effectively
- Use selling techniques, including add-on sales and product knowledge sharing
- Greet and assist customers, and serve as a store greeter when needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and safeguard company assets
