Sales Management Trainee: Your Role
As a Sales Management Trainee, you’ll play a vital role in ADIDAS. Here are some of your key responsibilities:
- Wholesale or Digital Partner Management: You’ll manage a Wholesale or Digital Partner.
- Orderbook Management: This includes interaction with various stakeholders.
- Project Management: You’ll confidently oversee multiple simultaneous projects.
- Data Analysis: You’ll analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and recommendations.
- Metrics Reports: Creating and maintaining reports on marketing and sales activities.
- Support and Growth: You’ll ensure responsible account growth across strategic categories.
Building Key Relationships
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with various teams and partners:
- Cluster Wholesale & Customer Service Team

- Practical Experience: Experience in marketing, digital, or sales is an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: You’re an excellent problem solver with a strong customer focus.
- Organization: You’re structured, organized, and process-oriented.
- Retail Understanding: A strong grasp of retail and consumer landscape, including retail KPIs.
- Detail-Oriented: You pay attention to detail and think independently.

Qualifications You Need
To be eligible for this program, you should have:
- 4+ year University degree: Preferably in business with marketing/sales or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: While not mandatory, 12 months or more of experience is advantageous.
