About the Academy
The academy is accredited by the Services SETA, offering the Further Education and Training Certificate in Business Administration Services qualification on NQF Level 4 (SAQA ID 61595 LP35928).
It is an intensive one-year course that equips candidates with the skills needed to excel in secretarial roles.
Only twelve candidates are chosen annually based on their performance in a rigorous computer, keyboarding, and linguistic skills test.
The course spans from March 1st to February 28th of the following year and includes mid-year and final exams.
Practical training covers various legal departments, including Patents, Trade Marks, Commercial, and Conveyancing.
Phase I and II
- Phase I (5-6 months): Focuses on developing typing and keyboarding skills.
- Phase II: Concentrates on advanced skills such as typing speed, audio typing, spreadsheets, presentations, note-taking, letter writing, and more.
Trainees cover a range of topics, including:

- A strong willingness to learn and work hard
