Key Responsibilities
- Identify and report unserviceable trolley equipment.
- Deploy, monitor, and safeguard trolleys and related assets.
- Adhere to operational procedures, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Support risk-mitigation measures to reduce operational incidents.
- Compile and submit operational constraints reports.
- Conduct trolley counts and report stock levels.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support smooth operational flow.
- Assist customers when required.
- Plan and allocate resources based on demand and supply.
- Monitor available resources to ensure operational readiness.

- Ability to follow rules, procedures, and safety standards.

- Understanding of the airport operational environment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (essential).
- Ability to perform manual and physical tasks.
- Must be eligible to obtain Top Security Clearance within 3 months of appointment.
- Knowledge of airport operations is advantageous.
