Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured learning and workplace activities aligned to learnership requirements.
- Engage in all scheduled training and development interventions.
- Support customer and team service requirements to maintain operational performance.
- Complete administrative tasks, including tracking and reporting.
- Work leads efficiently to achieve sales and productivity targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to prescribed scripts.
- Meet FAIS Fit and Proper obligations:
- FSCA-approved qualification
- RE5 exam (advantageous)

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Law (required).
- Matric / National Senior Certificate (required).
- Unemployed and available for the full 12-month programme.
- FSCA-approved qualification preferred; RE5 is an advantage.
- Employment Equity preference applies as per Absa policy.
